Tri State Home Care Inc. began in 1981 in Pittsburgh, Pa.   It was first owned by local doctors until Walter Pawlowski purchased the company in 1994.  After Mr. Pawlowski took charge, he made Tri State Home Care Inc. into a family-based business.  The emphasis on family and being the company that cares became the top priority for this business.  It was located on Butler Street in Lawrenceville for more than 20 years before they relocated to Millville in 2009. 
       Tri State Home Care Inc. provides durable medical equipment and supplies, which is not limited to incontinence products, rollators, canes, wheel chairs, scooters, seat lift chairs, diabetic supplies, and hygienic products. Their most widely sold products are seat lift chairs and incontinence products.  They offer free delivery within a 50-mile radius of Southwestern Pennsylvania.

      Tri State Home Care Inc. works closely with case workers from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and receives most of their business through this. They accept Medicare and most major insurances.  Medical billing is conducted in-house. They are JCAHO accredited, which means they are meeting the standards of providing safety and quality care to their patients. Currently they have over 600 patients and their business continues to grow daily through referrals and word of mouth.  

       Most recently, a showroom location opened in North Huntingdon, Pa.  This location serves as a satellite location where patients can come by appointment to order supplies, drop off prescriptions, or check out new products.
